Cavellstone's inaugural investment opportunity is a historic heritage property in Catalonia, being considered for transformation into a premium boutique hospitality destination.
The opportunity centres on the sensitive restoration and repositioning of a distinctive historic property. The vision is to preserve the character and identity of the underlying estate while creating a premium hospitality destination designed around architecture, heritage, design, privacy and authenticity.
The current working concept provides for approximately 12–14 premium rooms and carefully selected guest experiences, subject to final planning, design, feasibility and development approvals.
